- 06:00 : Gates open
- 08:00 : Classroom : Parks on the Air (POTA) with John Zaruba, K2ZA. The radiosport that encourages us to operate portable equipment in parks and on public lands.
- 08:30 : Door prizes, new announcements every 30 minutes.
- 09:00 : Classroom : Fox Hunt with Mark Federici, WM2Y. Introduction followed by a hunt on the grounds. Hunting equipment will be provided. Weather permitting.
- 09:00 to Noon : W2MMD Clubhouse : VEC License Testing.
- 10:00 : Classroom : ARRL Update with Robert Famiglio, K3RF, Atlantic Division Director and staff. This is our annual discussion of current issues with Q & A opportunity.
- 11:00 : Grand Prize Announcement : $200 cash!
- 11:00 : Balloon Launch, Jon Pearce, WB2MNF, and crew will launch a Pico balloon carrying a 20M WSPR transmitter to circumnavigate the earth. Weather permitting.
- 12:00 : W2MMD Clubhouse Tours Available.
- All day : Outside Classroom : Red Cross Communications Trailer Display Bob Keogh, KD2NEC.
- All day : Food and beverage catered by BSA Troop 9 of West Deptford, NJ

POTA is a worldwide radiosport award program that encourages licensed Amateur Radio operators to visit and operate equipment in a variety of parks and public lands.

An introductory program to Fox Hunting, including a discussion of successful techniques, followed by a Fox Hunt on the Gloucester County 4-H Fairgrounds. (A limited amount equipment will be provided to the participants.)

There will be a VE session at the September 8, 2024 Hamfest. It will be held at the W2MMD Clubhouse at 9 AM. All candidates will be required to have a FCC Registration Number (FRN) and a valid email address.
